Read Acts 9
Think About It:
- Where was Saul going when he was knocked down? (verse 3)
- What did the voice ask Saul? (verse 4)
- What were the two questions that Saul asked the Lord? (verses 5-6)
- How did the Lord reply to these questions? (verses 5-6)
- How did the Lord tell Ananias to go to Saul? (verse 10)
- The Lord gave Ananias a ‘word of knowledge’ about where Saul was, what were the details? (verse 11)
- What prophecy did the Lord give to Ananias about Saul’s future ministry? (verse 15)
- What did Ananias do to Saul when they met? (verses 17-18)
Family Time:
- Have your children act out verses 1-9, then describe it back to you.
- Who did the Lord send to go see Saul and pray for him? What happened when he laid his hands on Saul and prayed for him? (verses 17-18)
- Who was Saul filled with? (verse 17) What did he do immediately after this? (verse 20)
- Was Saul’s life different or the same from the description in the last chapter? Who had changed him? No one is so bad or lost that the Lord can’t save them and change their life!!!
