Read Genesis 37
Think About It:
- Does someone come to mind in your life when you read verse 4? If so, pray for them – and if necessary, forgive them.
- Do you pray for dreams from God and ask for His wisdom to interpret them?
- Think of all the ways God intervened to protect Joseph – and consider how many times He has done the same for you. Thank Him as you remember each one.
Family Time:
- What were Joseph’s two dreams about (verses 7 & 9)?
- What did his brothers think and feel about him (verses 3-5, 8, 11)?
- What did Joseph’s brothers do to him (verses 23-24, 26-28)?
- How do you think it would feel to be Joseph?
