Read Ezra 5
Think About It:
- Why would God send prophets to prophesy to the Jews in Judah and Jerusalem? 1 Corinthians 14:3 tells us, “But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.”How would this help with the building of the temple?
- When you are doing work God has directed you to do, others may try to block you, distract you or question your right to continue the work. In the same way, when Satan sees that you are effective in serving God, sharing His love, reaching others, he will try to block you, distract you and convince you that you are unworthy. How do you keep yourself from falling prey to these attacks, how do you react?
