Read Revelation 4
Think About It:
Another door like in Revelation 3:20. The previous door was the door to our heart; we control that one. The door here in 4:1 is God’s door and it’s standing open (ESV) so we can go in. It’s the door of heaven. John saw wonderful things there. God on His throne surrounded by 24 other thrones where 24 elders were seated. In this magnificent scene there was thunder and lightning, fire, and unique creatures.
- What did the 4 living creatures say and how often did they speak? (verse 8)
- How do the 24 elders respond to this worship? (verses 9-11)
- This worship in heaven is happening right now and it will forever 24/7. Let’s join in!
