Read Luke 16
Think About It:
- Both stories illustrate how unwise, ungodly men handled money here on earth. Our goal as believers is to serve God only, not wealth (verse 17).
- God knows our hearts (verse 15). We cannot hide our motives from Him.
- What does Matthew 6:19-24 tell us we are to do with our treasures? How are you doing this?
Family Time:
- Money has the power to take God’s place in our lives if we allow it to. It can become your master. Money can be a problem for all ages. When Christ is the Lord of your life, you will not be a slave to money. How can money become a master in our lives?
