Read Zephaniah 3
Think About It:
- The Amplified Bible, verse 4 says, “Her prophets are light [lacking truth, gravity, and steadiness].” A bit later on in verse 4 it says, “…pretending their own word is God’s Word…” What are the sins that Zephaniah speaks of here?
- Would you rather have someone tell you how it really is in Christ, or make it a little easier to live?
Family Time:
Verse 17 gives us definite steps for comfort as we understand that, the LORD is in our midst with the power to save, God takes joy in you, God gives you rest in His love and God sings over you.
