Read Ezekiel 40
Think About It:
Ezekiel is taken to Israel in this vision. He is appointed a guide, an angel, or possibly the angel of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Ezekiel is to concentrate on what this guide is about to show him (verse 4). As this guide describes the restored temple in detail, Ezekiel records them. Telling the people that the temple is to be restored is a message of hope to a people in bondage.
