Read Isaiah 19
Think About It:
- When trouble comes, where does Egypt turn to for counsel? Does it help? (verse 3)
- Finally, five cities turn to God. (verse 18) What is the result of just five cities deciding to serve God? (verses 23-25)
Family Time:
- What were the two ways that God said he would Judge Egypt’s leadership?
- God can ruin a whole nation by sending foolish leaders. Have you ever considered that foolish advice could ruin you?
- Read Psalm 1. Parents: instill at an early age who your children should go to for advice and counsel. Teach them to weigh the advice they are given with the Word of God.
