Read Song of Solomon 3-4
Think About It:
- Have you had times when it seemed like God was not with you? You could not find Him? How did you rise up to search for Him? Did you find Him? (3:1-2)
- Do you believe Jesus sees you as beautiful to Him? He does! Can you find words to describe how He finds you beautiful in chapter 4? Meditate on that.
Family Time:
- The bride had a dream about her lover—she was concerned about his whereabouts. So, she gets up in the night to search for him. When we love someone, you will do all you can to ensure the safety of that person and care for their needs, even at a cost to your personal comfort. Do you do those small acts for those you love (e.g., fold clothes, listen, say nice things)? How do you show the LORD how much you love Him?
