Read Ecclesiastes 6
Think About It:
- I often consider how my life looks different from the life of an unsaved person…
- What am I spending my time and resources on?
- Do I have real joy in this life in Jesus or am I always looking forward to the next fun thing to get through?
- Am I accomplishing the things God has planned for me or am I just going through life doing what I think I have to?
- Every day, all through the day, we must stay in His presence. This will remind us that He is there and wanting to work through us to make a difference in our lives and the lives of others.
Family Time:
- In what ways might the love of riches cause problems for a Christian?
- Can you think of examples of people who have been given much yet fail to enjoy the gifts they have?
