Read Psalm 13-14
Think About It:
- It’s often the case that when we suffer or go through difficult times, that God seems silent. Can you still rejoice? Do you take joy in God’s love and salvation during these times?
- Do you ever feel like you need to do good in order to earn heaven? Reread verse 3… we do no good regardless of what appears to be good.
Family Time:
- In Psalm 13:5, what did David’s heart rejoice in?
- Psalm 14:1, states that God is the only one that is perfect. Can we work at being perfect?
- The Lord is looking down from heaven to see if there are any who understand and seek God. Are you seeking God today?
