Read 1 Kings 6
Think About It:
- About how long is a cubit (even though there are arguments)?
- What is the purpose of the side chambers – verse 5?
- Why so much detail for the temple?
Family Time:
- What was God’s promise to Solomon? (verses 11-13)
- What did Solomon have to do in order for God to perform HIS side of the promise? (verse 12)
- God doesn’t come down to stay in an earthly temple anymore. Where does He come to stay? (Us!) What a privilege we have been given!
