Think About It:
- The chapter begins with, “Again the children Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord.” How did God show his mercy and grace to the children of Israel?
- What is a theme that is used over and over in the scriptures you have read to date?
Family Time:
- The Angel of the Lord appeared to the childless wife of Manoah and gave her good news. What was the good news? Why was it good news?
- As Manoah and his wife offered a sacrifice of a young goat, the Lord did an amazing thing in their sight. What was this amazing thing? Draw a picture of what you think it might have looked like
- What did Manoah’s wife name her child? What does the Bible say happened to him as he grew up?
